  Travis: Switch to Ubuntu 14.04

scons & xvfb aren't preinstalled on the Trusty workers, but gcc 4.8 is.

'sudo: 9000' would be functionally equivalent to 'sudo: required' +
'services: - docker', but Travis' staff seems to prefer the former.
