  squash! LoW7: Fix invalid use of aspects in [unit][ai]

This applies the recommendations from mattsc:

- Drop {AI_NO_SCOUTS} since the recruitment pattern contradicts it
- Drop attack_depth and grouping
- Keep the night-only aggression and caution change, even for the nagas
