DM 12: Moved burnt village that was firing two events
Fixes #4612:1 - Village location fired both its own event and the radius event for the ambush village, so I've moved it slightly.

DM 12: Changed text of orc sighting event
Fixes #4614-2. Units no longer claim the orcs are at the Ford.
Also added a small comment from Chantal, who had just previously assured us there wouldn't be any orcs.

DM 12: Less specific undead sighting dialogue
Dialogue change so that when the undead loom in the mist, it now doesn't matter if they're actually undead or just bats/adepts.
