I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, though the dev mailing list is not much used these days (this is the first message sent since November 2019). These days most discussion takes place on either the Wesnoth forums (https://forums.wesnoth.org/), IRC (https://wiki.wesnoth.org/Support#IRC), or Discord (https://discord.gg/battleforwesnoth). You'll be much more likely to get a response if you ask there rather than here.
