Focus on 1.14 for now.

The Git master branch is a moving target and there's not much point in it 
becoming your primary translation source until the next string freeze for it 
when 1.16 beta 1 is released (which won't happen for quite a long while, since 
the first step in the development cycle is the alpha versions starting with 
1.15.0).

And the reason no-one was ever notified of the 1.14 string freeze is because 
there wasn't an i18n mailing list for almost a year because of Gna.org 
shutting down, and then there was a series of miscommunications surrounding 
the status of strings during the 1.14 beta phase. The actual string freeze was 
eventually enacted for RC 1 instead of beta 1.
