[wesnoth-i18n] tutorial translation

Hi all,

Thank you for all the answers, you are really helpful and friendly! :)

What I gathered so far is:
- 1.14 is the branch I should translate for Steam; translations are pushed
every Saturday/Sunday for Steam
- poedit probably does not make it possible to mark something as 'to be
reviewed' but transifex.com does, where at least 3 non-official wesnoth
groups are present for 7 languages, so I'll give it a try (most probably
joining to the one GunChleoc mentioned)
- based on Iris Morelle's messages the release notes and the steam meta
page are just as good candidates for 'first hit' translations as the
tutorial:
