[wesnoth-i18n] Esperanto translation

Correct, the Esparanto translation was not worked on for ages. With other words:
have fun as new translation maintainer. Maybe update the wiki with your contact
details instead of the one listed there so far. Also make sure to update [1] and
for sending in translation updates, please follow [2].
