[wesnoth-i18n] Strings in wrong textdomain

Hi all,
It was discovered that there were strings from the wesnoth-test textdomain that aren't supposed to be translated but were leaking into other textdomains as well as the newly added Isle of Mists scenario was putting its strings in a non-existent textdomain.  Both of these issues have been fixed, and updated translation files pushed to the 1.16 branch.
