[wesnoth-i18n] Inactive translations

Hi all,

In an effort to make it easier for people to see which translations are currently active and which are not, languages that have not received an update for an entire stable release cycle will have the current maintainer information removed from the wiki - https://wiki.wesnoth.org/WesnothTranslations in particular.  As of right now, this means the following languages will no longer have maintainer information listed (assuming they are listed on the wiki currently):

Serbian
Danish
Latin
Greek
RACV
Irish
Latvian
Norwegian
Afrikaans
Icelandic
Hebrew
Slovenian
Basque
Old English (Latin characters)
Valencian
Croatian
Filipino
Ancient Greek (grc)
Marathi
Macedonian
Arabic
Romanian
Burmese
Spanish (Latin American)
Galician
Lithuanian
Ukrainian
