There is a string freeze on the 1.15 branch starting now in order to enable you to update translations for the eventual first release of the new stable branch (1.16.0), which is currently scheduled for <span class="" id="1.16.0_.2810.2F24.2F2021.29">10/24/2021</span> at 00:00 UTC. There will be one exception made to the string freeze to add a new string in order to be able to start to address Wesnoth's (essentially non-existent) migration process from one stable branch to another prior to 1.16.0. More details can be found at https://github.com/wesnoth/wesnoth/issues/2710#issuecomment-862927811
