[wesnoth-packagers] Wesnoth 1.14.4 & security advisory for 1.7.x-1.14.3

Hello,

Wesnoth 1.14.4, a new maintenance release in the 1.14.x stable series,
is out now. This release includes a critical security fix for an issue in the 
Lua engine. The vulnerability is currently assigned CVE-2018-1999023, and the 
patch can be found on GitHub [1] if needed for previous versions.

The sources are already available on SourceForge.net, and
files.wesnoth.org (for backup or in case you don't trust the
authenticity of the files on SF.net). We will announce the release
within the next 72 hours. In the meantime you can create and upload
your packages.

As this is a stable maintenance release, nothing has changed for
packagers in terms of dependencies or install locations.
