[wesnoth-packagers] Wesnoth 1.17.2 is out!

Hello,

Wesnoth 1.17.2, a new feature release in the 1.17.0 development
series, is out now.

The sources are already available on SourceForge.net, and
files.wesnoth.org (for backup or in case you don't trust the
authenticity of the files on SF.net). We will announce the release
within the next 72 hours. In the meantime you can create and upload
your packages.

There are changes related to dependencies: WebP support in SDL2_image
is required now. Also lua is now a git submodule instead of being
included in source, so git builds require `git submodule init`. Lua is
included in tarball though.
