  Enabled hardened executables by default.

The result of running "hardening-check wesnoth" now shows:
* Position Independent Executable: yes
* Stack protected: yes
* Fortify Source functions: yes (some protected functions found)
* Read-only relocations: yes
* Immediate binding: yes
