[wesnoth-i18n] tutorial translation

The answer is simple:
* You have a mismatch between po file version and game version.

The Steam version is built against the 1.14.x branch. You can find the latest
files fur hungarian linked e.g. over here:
https://www.wesnoth.org/gettext/?view=langs&version=branch&lang=hu

If you used these files you should see most of the strings being translated.
Still it can always happen that in a "more recent version" some original strings
changed that were not merged into the po files yet. Usually we do create a merge
like this at latest right before release. But between releases the files might
be out of sync with what your game version displays, it should be "In sync"
again with the next release.

I hope this helps you understand what is happening. Since some of the strings
you translated did appear, you apparently did everything correctly. :)
