[wesnoth-i18n] String freeze for 1.14.10

Quick question, is this "midnight reaching Jan 26th" or "midnight at the end of
Jan 26th"? It would have been a lot easier (at least for me to understand) to
just state e.g. 23:59 on Jan 26th (or Jan 25th, whatever is meant...).
