HttT 20: use elvish name of the river
The river is mentioned by one elf talking to another.
S18 explained both the human end elvish name to the player.

HttT maps – more use of new terrain
S6: don't use Dwarvish Castles, because dwarves are far away
S16: use Troll Encampment
