[wesnoth-i18n] 1.14.7 string change notice

I believe Vultraz stated this previously, but as a reminder, a full
revision of Descent into Darkness is planned for the 1.14.7 release. There
will be a large number of string changes, but as much time as needed will
be given to translate the campaign for the release. Please let us know
about any concerns.
